Instagram

Instagram needs a Meta developer app before CoachArc can offer a true in-app OAuth flow.

Create a Meta app, add Instagram Graph API, add https://dashboard.thecoacharc.com/connections/oauth/instagram/callback as the redirect URL, then save the app ID, app secret, and a long-lived token here until the OAuth callback is enabled.
